New Pinhead
This
apparently, is the new face of everyone's favourite nutcase with nails in his bonce, Pinhead. Stephan Smith Collins (for tis he) will take over from Doug Bradley for the ninth (ninth!) Hellraiser film, due to be filmed and forgotten about any day now. Apparently Bradley has had enough of playing the baddie in what can only be described as increasingly shitter (more shit?) sequels. And apparently (again) the makers, Dimension Films, are not worrying too much about raising the bar with the next one, as the word is that they are only churning out yet another film so they can keep the rights to the franchise whilst they try to get a remake of the original sorted out...

Special Guests including Bela Lugosi, Jr., director Mick Garris, a video salute from director Joe Dante, Monsterverse publisher/editor/artist Kerry Gammill, West Coast Editor and screenwriter/producer Sam F. Park and other contributors to the Lugosi horror anthology comic book series.
Greg Nicotero's excellent short film, UNITED MONSTER TALENT AGENCY. Greg's company KNB created the startling make-up effects for Frank Darabont's upcoming THE WALKING DEAD TV series on AMC. The eight minute newsreel shows how "real" monsters were "wrangled" for use in classic horror films and not performed with actors! The cast includes cameos by Frank Darabont, Robert Rodriguez, Eli Roth, Cerina Vincent, Dana Gould, Jeffery Combs, Carey Jones, Arden Myrin, Erica Frene, Sam Page and Jake Garber.
